Because our educational workbooks and activities are instant digital downloads (PDF format), all sales are generally final once the files have been accessed or downloaded. 

However, your satisfaction and peace of mind matter to us:

• Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, contact us with your order numbers, and we will issue an immediate refund for the duplicate transaction.
• Technical & File Issues: If you encounter any difficulty downloading, opening, or printing your files (or if a file appears corrupted), please reach out to us at contact@brainbloomkids.store. We guarantee a replacement file or technical resolution within 24 hours.
