Terms of service

By purchasing and downloading resources from BrainBloomKids (brainbloomkids.store), you agree to the following terms and licensing conditions:

1. Permitted Use (Personal & Single-Classroom License):
Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You are warmly welcome to:
• Print as many copies as needed for your own children, homeschool family, or single classroom students.
• Save backup copies of the PDF on your personal devices.

2. Commercial Printing Permission (Print Shop Release):
You have full permission from BrainBloomKids to print these files at professional commercial print centers (such as Staples, Office Depot, Walgreens, or local print shops) strictly for personal, homeschool, or single-classroom use.

3. Prohibited Uses:
You may not:
• Resell, share, distribute, or sub-license the PDF files or printed materials to others.
• Upload our files to public online drives, torrents, school-district shared folders, or marketplaces.
• Modify, extract illustrations, or claim the artwork and layouts as your own intellectual property.

All intellectual property rights and copyrights remain the exclusive property of BrainBloomKids. For school-wide or multi-teacher licensing, contact contact@brainbloomkids.store.
